Refund Policy
This refund policy is designed to be firm, fair, and clear for digital study-preparation products.
Digital Access
Digital products, question banks, flashcards, downloadable materials, subscriptions, and app access are non-refundable once access is purchased, delivered, activated, downloaded, or used, except where required by law.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not shorten the paid period already purchased. Annual subscription access continues through the end of the paid annual term.
Reviewable Issues
Duplicate charges or technical access failures may be reviewed. Please contact support with the checkout email and a brief description of the issue.
Third-Party Print Purchases
Print/book purchases through third parties such as Amazon are governed by that retailer's return policy.
Payment Disputes
Stripe, Apple, Google, or other payment disputes should first be raised through support@mastertradeschools.com or 561.613.7224.
