Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Master Trade Schools / Croft Crafts LLC governing access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, publications, digital products, subscriptions, downloadable files, study tools, question banks, flashcards, software, account services, and related offerings.

By creating an account, purchasing, downloading, subscribing to, redeeming access, or using any Master Trade Schools product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

Definitions

“Services” means all websites, mobile applications, digital products, printed publications, downloadable files, subscriptions, question banks, flashcards, courses, study tools, account services, software, and related offerings provided by Master Trade Schools.

“Content” means all text, questions, answers, explanations, illustrations, graphics, charts, layouts, course structures, flashcards, study guides, books, files, software, databases, metadata, compilations, branding, and other materials made available by Master Trade Schools.

“Digital Products” means non-physical products, including downloadable books, PDFs, digital textbooks, question banks, flashcards, app-based study tools, subscriptions, companion materials, and online course materials.

“Printed Publications” means physical books or printed materials sold directly by Master Trade Schools or through third-party retailers.

“Licensed Content” means Content made available to a user under a limited license rather than a transfer of ownership.

Nature of the Company

Master Trade Schools is an independent educational publishing and study-preparation company.

Master Trade Schools is not a governmental agency, licensing authority, accrediting institution, testing vendor, school board, university, certification body, or employer.

Master Trade Schools does not issue professional licenses, certifications, government approvals, academic degrees, continuing education credit, or employment qualifications unless a specific product is expressly identified in writing as approved by the applicable authority.

Our materials are intended for educational and study-preparation purposes only.

No Guarantee of Results

Master Trade Schools does not guarantee that any user will pass an examination, receive a license, obtain employment, meet regulatory requirements, qualify for continuing education credit, or achieve any specific result.

Licensing rules, statutes, administrative rules, exam outlines, agency procedures, and testing requirements may change. Users are responsible for verifying current requirements with the appropriate government agency, licensing authority, school, employer, or examination provider.

Practice questions, flashcards, explanations, and study materials are educational tools. They are not actual exam questions unless expressly identified as such by an authorized source.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that your use complies with applicable law and that all information you provide to Master Trade Schools is accurate and complete.

Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, assign, or permit another person to use your account.

Master Trade Schools may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, security violations, intellectual property violations, payment misconduct, or conduct inconsistent with these Terms.

Purchases and Payment

Products and subscriptions may be purchased through Master Trade Schools directly, Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or other third-party platforms.

Payments made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms, payment rules, refund rules, and account policies of those platforms.

Master Trade Schools does not store complete payment card numbers.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase.

Digital Products Are Licensed, Not Sold

Digital Products are licensed, not sold.

When you purchase or access a Digital Product, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the applicable Licensed Content solely for your own individual educational purposes.

You do not receive ownership of any copyright, trademark, database right, trade secret, software, methodology, compilation, source material, or other intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Master Trade Schools.

Printed Publications

When you purchase a Printed Publication, you own the physical copy of that book or printed item.

Ownership of a physical copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, scan, upload, distribute, resell as digital content, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the contents of any Printed Publication except as permitted by law.

Digital companion products, question banks, flashcards, app access, QR-code access, downloadable files, and related materials remain separately licensed.

Downloads

Some Digital Products may be downloadable. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership.

Downloaded materials remain Licensed Content and may be used only for personal educational purposes.

You may not upload, share, sell, distribute, post, scrape, train artificial intelligence systems with, or otherwise exploit downloaded materials.

Subscriptions

Some Services may be offered as subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not shorten the paid subscription period already purchased. If you cancel an annual subscription, access continues through the end of the paid annual term.

Master Trade Schools does not provide prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Refund Policy

Digital Products are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, delivered, downloaded, or activated, except where required by applicable law.

This includes question banks, flashcards, digital textbooks, PDFs, subscriptions, app-based access, downloadable files, and digital companion materials.

If a technical issue prevents access, Master Trade Schools may attempt to restore access, provide replacement access, or correct the issue. Technical troubleshooting does not create a right to a refund.

Printed Publications purchased through third-party vendors are governed by that vendor’s return and refund policy.

QR Codes, Redemption, and Entitlements

Master Trade Schools may provide QR codes, redemption links, access codes, bundled digital access, or entitlement-based access connected to specific books, products, or promotions.

Redemption rights are limited to the specific product, bundle, account, time period, or offer described.

Master Trade Schools may deny, revoke, or correct access if a code is misused, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, incorrectly assigned, technically misconfigured, or redeemed contrary to the intended product mapping.

Digital entitlements are account-based and may not be transferred unless expressly authorized by Master Trade Schools.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Master Trade Schools owns or lawfully licenses all rights in the Services and Content, including textbooks, study guides, question banks, flashcards, explanations, answer rationales, graphics, illustrations, charts, layouts, course structures, databases, compilations, metadata, app interfaces, website content, software, source code, prompts, AI-assisted outputs, educational sequencing, original methodologies, trademarks, logos, trade dress, branding, and all related intellectual property.

The selection, arrangement, organization, structure, sequencing, and compilation of Master Trade Schools Content are protected intellectual property.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, transmit, resell, rent, sublicense, assign, modify, translate, scrape, harvest, data mine, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security, share accounts, automate access, mirror content, create derivative products, or commercially exploit the Services.

You may not use Master Trade Schools Content to create competing educational products, exam-prep materials, question banks, flashcard sets, books, apps, websites, databases, artificial intelligence tools, or training systems.

You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks, metadata, attribution, access controls, or technical protections.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Extraction

You may not use Master Trade Schools Content to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, evaluate, seed, prompt, populate, or improve any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, language model, chatbot, retrieval system, vector database, embedding database, synthetic dataset, or automated content-generation system without prior written permission from Master Trade Schools.

You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, browser automation, scripts, API abuse, screen capture automation, bulk copying, or similar methods to extract Master Trade Schools Content.

This section survives termination of your account or access.

Software and App Use

Master Trade Schools mobile applications and software are licensed for personal use only.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, interfere with, bypass, exploit, or attempt to discover the source code, APIs, database structure, entitlement systems, security systems, prompts, workflows, or internal logic of Master Trade Schools software.

Master Trade Schools may update, modify, remove, or discontinue app features at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, commit fraud, interfere with security, overload systems, impersonate another person, share unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse support channels, misrepresent your identity, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

Master Trade Schools may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension, access termination, preservation of evidence, and legal enforcement.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms, including payment processors, app stores, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and retail vendors.

Master Trade Schools is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, billing errors, platform decisions, account restrictions, payment failures, app-store delays, or vendor refund determinations.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms.

Accuracy and Updates

Master Trade Schools attempts to provide accurate and useful educational materials, but we do not warrant that all Content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every jurisdiction or purpose.

Master Trade Schools may update, revise, replace, remove, or reorganize Content at any time.

The availability of updated Content does not guarantee that older materials are inaccurate, nor does it create an obligation to update all prior purchases.

User Feedback

If you submit suggestions, corrections, ideas, improvements, reviews, comments, or other feedback, you grant Master Trade Schools a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use that feedback for any business purpose without compensation.

You represent that your feedback does not violate the rights of any third party.

Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the Master Trade Schools Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of information as described in that policy.

Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through available app, website, or support channels.

Account deletion may remove access to Digital Products associated with that account.

Master Trade Schools may retain certain information as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax records, payment records, dispute resolution, intellectual property enforcement, security, and legitimate business purposes.

Deleting an account does not create a refund right.

Suspension and Termination

Master Trade Schools may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, misused the Services, infringed intellectual property, shared credentials, engaged in fraud, abused redemption systems, or threatened the security or integrity of the Services.

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to Master Trade Schools.

Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, refund limitations, AI restrictions, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and enforcement survive termination.

Copyright Enforcement and DMCA

Master Trade Schools respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe content available through Master Trade Schools infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material; a statement of good-faith belief; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.

Copyright notices may be sent to support@mastertradeschools.com.

Master Trade Schools may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

Enforcement of MTS Rights

Unauthorized copying, distribution, scraping, account sharing, commercial exploitation, AI training, database harvesting, or creation of derivative products may cause substantial and irreparable harm to Master Trade Schools.

Master Trade Schools reserves all remedies available under law and equity, including suspension, termination, damages, statutory damages where available, injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees where authorized, preservation of evidence, takedown notices, platform complaints, and civil action.

Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that unauthorized use or disclosure of Master Trade Schools intellectual property, software, databases, trade secrets, or Licensed Content may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate.

Master Trade Schools may seek temporary, preliminary, permanent, or other equitable relief without limiting any other available remedy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Trade Schools disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, exam success, licensing success, employment success, or regulatory acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Trade Schools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or relating to the Services.

Master Trade Schools’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Master Trade Schools for the applicable product or service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to all users.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Master Trade Schools, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, licensors, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use or misuse of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of intellectual property; your violation of law; your account activity; your unauthorized sharing or distribution of Content; or your use of Master Trade Schools Content in any competing, commercial, automated, or AI-related system.

Force Majeure

Master Trade Schools shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, government actions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, platform outages, payment processor failures, app-store delays, or failures of third-party providers.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive notices, disclosures, updates, transactional messages, account notices, and legal communications electronically through email, the website, the mobile app, or other digital means.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Changes to Services

Master Trade Schools may modify, update, replace, suspend, discontinue, reprice, repackage, or reorganize any Service or Content at any time.

Master Trade Schools is not required to continue offering any specific feature, course, product bundle, app function, study tool, or third-party integration indefinitely.

Changes to These Terms

Master Trade Schools may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any claim not subject to another required forum shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

An unenforceable provision shall be interpreted to accomplish its intended purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Failure by Master Trade Schools to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Master Trade Schools.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account rights without written permission from Master Trade Schools.

Master Trade Schools may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, financing, or transfer of business operations.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any posted Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Copyright Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Usage Policy, and product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Master Trade Schools regarding the Services.

They supersede prior statements, understandings, advertisements, communications, or agreements regarding the Services.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Master Trade Schools.

No implied licenses are granted.
